• Initial Inquiry: To begin a custom project, please contact us with your ideas, including desired product type, dimensions, wood type, and any design specifics.

• Design Proposal: Based on your input, we will create a design mockup for your approval. This mockup will outline the details of the custom piece, including dimensions, materials, and style.

• Agreement on Specifications: Once the design is approved, we will finalize all specifications with you, including price, delivery method, and estimated delivery time.

2. Payment Terms

• 50% Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before we begin work on your custom piece. This deposit covers the material costs and secures your order.

• 50% Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the piece, just before delivery or shipping.

• Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, bank deposit, and other agreed-upon methods for payment.

3. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery Timeline: We will provide an estimated delivery date based on the complexity of the custom piece. Any changes in the timeline will be communicated promptly.

• Shipping: Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of the item. We ship worldwide, and shipping costs will be provided once the project is confirmed.

• Packaging: Your custom piece will be carefully packed to ensure safe transport.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your custom order before work has begun, you will receive a full refund of the deposit. However, if work has already started, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Modifications: Changes to the original design are possible, but may incur additional costs and extend the timeline. We will notify you of any adjustments.

5. Warranty

• Craftsmanship Guarantee: We stand behind the craftsmanship of all our custom pieces. If any issues arise due to material defects or construction errors, we will address them free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

• Care Instructions: To ensure the longevity of your custom piece, please follow the care instructions provided. Wood is a natural material that requires regular care to maintain its beauty.

6. Legal Agreement

• Binding Agreement: By submitting a custom order request and agreeing to the terms, you enter into a binding agreement with Woodora. Both parties are expected to fulfill the obligations outlined in the agreement.
